Getting Prezi through your Firewall

Is Prezi running fine for you at home, but not at work? Or maybe vice-versa?

Since Prezi runs in your browser, it is subject to your computer’s security software and/or your company’s firewall. The same measures designed to keep you safe from viruses and malware can prevent Prezi from working correctly. This can result in a number of possible errors. You could see a blank white page when trying to load Prezi, or it could tell you it is “unable to connect to the Internet.” Your firewall could prevent you from uploading or playing embedded video. It can keep your desktop app from syncing with your online Prezi account. Your security settings could be causing any number of annoying problems like these.

To avoid issues like these, make sure JavaScript, Cookies, and Pop-Ups are allowed for prezi.com in your browser or firewall privacy and security settings. If you don’t want to allow all pop-ups, you can allow just the ones needed by Prezi, shown below.
