Prezi and PDF

Learn how to add a PDF file to a Prezi presentation. It works for a Prezi Video presentation as well.

Sometimes you will need to upload an important file to your presentation, luckily Prezi supports PDF documents, and it is super simple to import them.

Adding a PDF File

  1. Go to the area where you want to import your PDF file.
  2. Click on the Insert menu on the top of your screen, then select the PDF icon.
  3. A small window will pop-up; find the PDF you want to add and click open.
  4. A PDF preview sidebar will appear on the right of your screen. If your PDF file has multiple pages, you can choose which ones to add.
  5. You can add one by one with a drag and drop, or you can click on insert all, to add all the pages in the PDF file.
  6. Each page in the PDF will appear as a separate image in your presentation. Then you can move, resize, group, or rotate the PDF images as need it.

Editing PDFs

Resize PDFs: To resize the PDF, click on it and drag a corner to enlarge it or reduce it.
